MEDICAL STAFF DOCUMENTATION

IMMUNOBIOLOGICAL TREATMENTS (T.I.B.)

T.I.B. can be administered via:

  1. Intravenous, intramuscular, rectal and oral: ( T.I.B. CH3, CH7, CH7A, CH15 )
  2. Rectal and oral: ( T.I.B. CH5, CH10, DH5, DH6 )
  3. Oral only: (T.I.B. DH8, DH9)

A – OVERALL TREATMENT

By intravenous:

Daily injection from 1 to 2 ampoules (10 – 20 cc). Begin treatment with one ampoule and if necessary increase progressively up to 3, in 4 to 5 days. Give injections very slowly in flat position and on an empty stomach: in 15 minutes.

If veins are thin and fragile, rinse the syringe with liquemine before injection. In those rare cases in which I.V. can be bad tolerated (dizziness, perspiration, vomit), give Phenergan or Solucamphre before injection.

In serious cases, it can be used by drip from 2 to 4 ampoules diluted in 100 cc of Quinton plasma or physiologic serum.

By rectum:

It gives excellent results. It can be used for different reasons (impossibility to give an I.V. or I.M. injection): drop 2 or 3 ampoules of T.I.B. in half a glass of boiled warm water to administer by enema with the help of a little rubber syringe, enemas or a Chatel – Guyon cannula, in the evening before sleeping.

Keep enema all – night long; if enema cannot be kept, take a Phénergan or a Solucamphre one hour beforehand. It is also possible to add 25 Laudanum drops to the enema. Please note that rectal drop – by – drop is the most assimilated.

By mouth:

All of T.I.B. can be prescribed as to be taken orally as shock treatment, care treatment or supplement treatment: 1 or 2 ampoules (10 or 20 cc) in a half a glass of water, from 5 to 10 minutes before eating, lunchtime and evening.

Adjuvant local treatment:

NOSE – THROAT: Daily spraying with 1/2 ampoule in a laryngeal spray.

LUNG: Daily aerosols with an ampoule of T.I.B. (serious cases).

PLEURISY AND ASCITES: Intrapleural or intraperitoneal injection of 1 or 3 ampoules of T.I.B. at the rate of 2 up to 3 times per week until serous drying.

CUTANEOUS ULCERATIONS: Daily application of “Biocream“ ointment.

OVERALL STATE: Support the overall state with tonics and vitamins…; in this case, since T.I.B. are anal-
gesic, phase drugs out, according to pain relief.

TREATMENT MANAGEMENT AND LENGTH.

In serious cases, intravenous (or drip) treatment is recommended. If possible, add all medicines which may improve general conditions, but toxic medicines are contraindicated, in particular antimitotics at high doses, cortisone and its derivatives at high doses. There is a certain incompatibility between T.I.B. and these medicines which, when administered at high doses, destroy organism defences (lymphocytes, antibody…).

ATTACK TREATMENT LENGTH varies according to the gravity of the case: it means from two to six months.

Afterwards, injections rate varies according to the patient enhancing. It can be brought from two to one injections per week. Never stop treatment abruptly. After recovery, you have to envisage some mainten- ance treatments within next three or four years, at the rate of one or two treatments per year.

B – SANDWICH TREATMENT

Essential rules to get good results with T.I.B.:

  1. Start T.I.B. as soon as possible, so that cancerous tumour is reabsorbed or, if not, its progression is stabilised or got benign.
  2. Then excise, if there is not total resorption, but just stabilisation or partial regression, confirmed by hemotests ( hemogram, protidogram, orosomucoides…).
  3. If necessary, associate to short radiotherapy sessions, in order to get this stabilisation.
  4. After surgical excision, in the conditions indicated above, you have to consolidate the results accord- ing to the American practise called “ sandwich”: T.I.B. before and after extirpation. Post – operative treatment length depends on histological exam and operative report.

C – T.I.B. ASSOCIATED TO RADIOTHERAPY AND CHEMOTHERAPY

1°) T.I.B. associated to radiotherapy

Properties of substances which T.I.B. are made up of contrast with deleterious effects of rays and with degeneration resulted from them, without preventing their action, but working in a synergetic way, as long as administered rays do not exceed a certain limit, which according to our experience has been fixed to 200 rem per session at the rate of 3 sessions per week, for a total of 12 up to 15 sessions, in order to avoid thrombocytopenia and leucopenia (1).

Effects of T.I.B. on cancerous patients who receive at the same time 1500 rem at the rate of 200 rem per session, both days; we noticed that:

a) First of all, radiotherapy is well tolerated (2).

b) Quite often there is a fast melt of tumours ( what astonished more than one experienced radiologist ).

2°) T.I.B. associated to chemotherapy

Cortisone and antimitotiques ( like rays ) cause, often irreversibly, the destruction of our antibody pro- ducers, in particular lymphocytes and plasmocytes; it is recommended to use it moderately in order to avoid leucopenia and thrombocytopenia. (1)

With this in mind, the study of Tri – Ethylene – Melamine ( or TEM ) used in little quantity in T.I.B. CH7 composition has been undertaken ( 120C ).

(1) – We can use ARN initiator to restart the replication of bone marrow cells and of spleen ( Ed. note )
(2) – Deleterious effects of chemotherapy or radiotherapy are explained by deconstruction ( slackening ) of A.D.N. filaments of the cell, phenomenon highlighted by hyperchromicity tests. A.D.N. develops again spontaneously thanks to the ionic pressure applied by K and Mg, or under the action of products applying the same action. T.I.B., due to their properties, can go deep into cancerous cell and then their components K and Mg are available to work on restructuration ( tightening ) of slacked A.D.N. filaments. (Ed. note)

D – CHECKUP

For medical follow – ups during T.I.B. treatment, regularly do:

MONOGRAPHIES OF IMMUNOBIOLOGICAL TREATMENT

Substances belong to three different groups:

OBSERVATION AND ESSENTIAL RULES

  1. Sedation of pains.
  2. Sandwich treatment

General guidance

  1. Treat the whole lesion suspected or clearly cancerous by T.I.B. immediately
  2. Postpone the operation, and also avoid simple biopsy, before stabilising and “ making benign “ the progressive tumour which risks to metastasize spontaneously.
  3. Avoid weakening ground and body defences by corticoids, antimitotics and rays administered at high doses.

Important:

Not all of T.I.B. are injectable, but they can be administered via rectal or oral. Injectable: drip is preferable. Rectal: enemas must be used consistently and not as emergency treatment. It is a very effective treatment that allows saving veins.

By: I.M., I.V., rectum, mouth.
